OK. wasnt quite 100% happy with the coverage of the first stonechip layer. Used 2 cans so far of 1ltr.
Today i sprayed 3 more cans over the car. The car is now perfectly covered in stonechip. It looks lots better protected with a firm layer. You cannot see any more primer through the stonechip, so i assume its good.
Since the second layer of stonechip made the arches and underside of the car white enough, i also decided not to spray anymore 100% white paint over it.
Some close-ups and some generaly pics as usual
We got ourselves a working compressor. It runs quite silent, keeps lots of pressure and blasting works very good too. Only need a bigger blasting cabinet. But we’re not going to build that this time.

Made some good progress on the compressor today. Last weekend cleaned the unit up, removed all brackets and gave it a little painting.
Today finished the bracket for the pumps. Its made so i can tighten or loosen the V-belt.
The unit as it is now. The engine is fitted just for fitting/measuring purpose. I’ll have to finish its bracket too and find a new V-belt. Then we are ready to blast
